"Staff are friendly and helpful, also helped to store a backpack for a few hours after check out. My single room is quite small but everything is working including TV, relatively clean. Given the price I think its not bad. "

"Great day! The room was clean, and the sheets looked like new. It has enough space and a small desk. It is more than enough to rest and keep your belongings safe. The location is excellent; near the Tsim Sha Tsui train station, malls are everywhere, and if you feel like having an American breakfast, there is a Holiday Inn a few meters away. There are clear instructions for self-check-in. I was pleased with my stay. I will come back."

"The indian reception man was very rude and inconsiderate. It was unacceptable. I didnt make it to hkg (due to culture custom) but my aunty and cousin were there to check in but it was then we knew they couldn't check in without me due to the country's riduculous policy. "The outside of the hotel is not at all as it is pictured here. We felt unsafe staying here, so we had to cancel the booking and go else where on the day of booking, since we were on an international trip. Lost all the money as well since it was past the cancelation period. Very disappointing! "
