"I cannot say enough about the level of service at this exceptional property and its attentive staff in every encounter. The pictures of the rooms do not do them justice as we were impressed with its spaciousness and level of comfort that we experienced. Not only did we find the morning buffets excellent but also sampled the dinner offerings and were also impressed. A marvelous location on the Pest side of the Danube! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Budapest."

"We stayed for 4 nights. The staff were wonderful. Free tea and coffee in the lounge off the main reception is a lovely touch. Breakfast is plentiful and covered most things anyone could surely want or need. The building, although very historic is beautifully modernised to a high standard. "This is not a fancy hotel but for the price, it is in a great area, around the corner from the chain bridge, walking distance to Parliament and Buda Castle. Rooms are small but clean, the included breakfast has lots of options are staff are very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Lovely hotel, with beautiful old-fashioned decor, very close to the centre of the city. Excellent breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff. Our suite was spacious and comfortable and the hotel windows have external blinds to reduce noise and light. Modern, upgraded rooms are available but we prefer classic furnishings. "

"A great location for a hotel, the pre arrival team made me very welcome. Checkin was seamless, room was available at 4pm on the day of arrival. Room was excellent Having eaten breakfast and dinner on multiple occasions I would recommend having some “specials” as the menu is a bit dated. Also the wine mentioned on the menu was no longer available. I also recommend having someone at the entrance to welcome customers in and ensure there is follow-up with the floor staff."

"Apartment was ok, check in was around a 10-15 minute walk away which wasn’t convenient. Very quiet complex and plenty of shops nearby. Wouldn’t stay here again though due to the check in not being on site. "

"A modern, spacious apartment that was clean and comfortable in a great location. The shower was lovely (but had some water leaking from the base). We were glad we could wash some clothes in the washing machine.. Check in was friendly and efficient. There were some renovations going on when we were there but they did not cause any problems. "
