Its orography allows you to have a fairly pleasant average temperature for most of the year that invites you to enjoy the surroundings, beautiful views over the ocean and unforgettable sunsets. The apartment can accommodate six people and has been completely renovated and has a terrace overlooking the sea and parking space included in the price. Just a few steps you have access to a natural pool and the beach.

The apartment is nestled in an environment with a microclimate that gives it an ideal temperature almost throughout the year. The area is located between cliffs, has a natural pool and a blue flag beach, Playa de La Arena, and also has beautiful views of the Teide.

The apartment is quite spacious, loft style but with a double room. It is ideal for times of rest and tranquility and also for kicks and excursions in the area.
