"We stayed 2 nights at this lovely hotel. Full of character, warm and cosy on chilly weekend in March. The staff were friendly and helpful and were made to feel very welcome especially by Massimo on our arrival which was quite late evening. The small town of Calolziocorte is very pleasant and the location of the hotel by the river is lovely. "Wemtend to be bottom feeders, so stayed in Griante rather than Bellagio. Our hotel turned out to be, not a hotel, but a two bedroom apartment with a great view of the lake. Apparently the Como Vita has places all over Griante. We had to follow a guide, by car, for about five minutes from the check-in spot to get to this place high up the hill, then another 30 steps from the street up to the great spot.
