Find Hotel with a Concierge in Tablas Island

"Family of 3, stayed for 4 nights in a family room. In summary, I would definitely stay here again. Room and facilities were great. Staff were so helpful. Transfer to/from the airport was by van and speedboat offering a great view of the island. Room was spacious, quiet and clean with an excellent view of Punta Bunga beach. Only issue were the sliding balcony doors in neighbouring rooms - there was a lot of vibration when another room opened their balcony doors. Food options at the resort were good. Buffet breakfast at Vintana offered a wide array pan-Asian and Western cuisine. You can also dine right next to Banyugan beach at their Cielo restaurant which offered Western cusine. Travelling to other parts of Boracay was quite easy - either use the resort's shuttle service to D'Mall at scheduled times or our personal preference of hiring a tricycle whenever we needed to. There pool area was large enough and contained multiple jacuzzi areas. It was around 4ft deep but they offered life jackets to smaller kids which allowed my daughter to really enjoy the pool. It was also right next to Banyugan beach which had excellent views of sunsets. There were a lot of activities onsite: An entertainment centre offering table tennis, pool and other games. A large dedicated play area for kids. A larger than average hotel gym. A spa, tennis courts and several other bookable activities. The resort is large but walkable. However, a buggy service is available when needed."

"Henann has great but Expedia was horrible! I bought this trip as a gift for my sister and when she got there, there was a balance on the account. Apparently, Expedia did not communicate changes and, although I have paid in full, Hennan shows a balance. My sister had to wait hours and Expedia still could not fix it. Horrible customer service. "Highlights of our stay at the resort. 1. The amenities were great. The resort took care of everything including pick up and drop off at the airport - for a modest fee, of course. This service really impressed me. Did not have to line up to pay for all the govt fees and terminal fees at the port and they have their own boat that takes you from their welcome center to the port in Boracay. Something that would probably make this better is to have their boat drop us off at the resort itself. 2. The staff are all wonderful and respectfully and very courteous. 3. The beach is so clean. We went in March and the waves were choppy but otherwise, still ok. I like that it is private - you don't see vendors trying to sell you stuff when you are relaxing on the beach. 4. The breakfast buffet was really great. So much food and felt like always overeating. Free chocolate hour was good too. Maybe this is asking too much but wished they served free coffee though - although you could still order it and pay separately. 5. Free shuttle to dmall. Since the hotel is in Station 0, it is quite a ways from Dmall which is at Station 2. So getting a free shuttle at certain times is a plus. "
