"Nice property, one of our grab drivers said the hotel is new. The walls are paper thin, we were by a room that never slept and continually rang the door bell and made a lot of noise, that isn't the hotels fault. Breakfast was fine, convenient at least. Staff was very nice, the security guard at the door always rushed to open the door, which wasn't necessary, but they seemed happy to do it."

"Pros: Location (few minute walk to dining and shopping. The rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable Cons: Bit noisy from the streets. No complimentary slippers. Rooms are on the small side. Shower design is bad (water gets all over the floor by the sink). No concierge service (couldn't even get change to break a latger bill) Other: Lobby is on the 3rd floor. No bottled water in the room but have water stations on each floor to fill pitcher (provided) or personal water bottles"

"This may be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. So much road noise that we had to downgrade to another room. The air conditioning did not blow cold so we then moved to another room. That air did not work well also but we just settled. The manager was not interested in our issues and made an appointment on our third day because she was so busy. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here"

"Really liked this hotel in the heart of Cebu city. Great location near good restaurants, Robinsons supermarket and the entertainment district. Bu really, Mango square doesn't live up to the hype. Staff is great, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good despite the complainers. Standard rooms quite small, good for solo traveller like me. Overall, very good hotel."

"It’s convenient, walking distance to the mall, pharmacy, restaurant, money exchange a few blocks to S&R grocery shopping. Closer to ports, had to catch the ferry boat island hopping. Have its own money exchange. Friendly staff."

"Check in was more complicated than past check ins. I had to fill up some information which took some time, carrying several luggages. Idk why they made it more difficult. I hope I don’t have to go to this next time I check in, or else I’ll be going to a different hotel."
