"There was no WiFi and TV connection available though it was mentioned all facilities are available while booking. No proper response from staffs too. AC was making lot of noise. "

"Everything was excellent except one night when we returned we experienced an unbearable smell of some mosquito spray in the lobby. We had an asthma patient who almost stopped breathing until we rushed her inside the room."

Radisson GRT Airport stay

"Everything about our one night stay was wonderful. Wished we could have stayed more. We really enjoyed the casual dining bar and the pizza's. We were not giving the gold card at checkin and therefore missed the various offers. The Assistant catering manager at the bar was excellent and was very apologetic. He took time out to speak with us and explain. The service to the airport in the morning at 4.15am was excellent including the porterage and the car. Thank you Radisson yet again but wished we could have had the free leg massage after a 6 hour journey! "
