"Prior to arriving at the Hotel I messaged to let them know we were celebrating my Husbands 60th Birthday. When we checked in we had been upgraded and were given celebratory fizz and a rather lovely piece of cake each. The suite was in a very private area of the Hotel, it had views up to the Fisherman's Bastion. Even though the Hotel is on a main road, with the double windows it was rather peaceful. The room was excellent, the bed comfortable and all facilities were top notch. The food in the restaurant was excellent as was the service. The Hotel was situated in easy reach of all transport. Would highly recommend and will definitely return. Thank you so much to Park Plaza for a very memorable stay. "

"What a fantastic place to be. Check in, luggage help, concierge services were superb. Room was nice, bed was comfy, lovely "living room" for a mid day pick me up drink. One of the best hotel stays I've had during this trip. Highly recommend!!! "

"Honestly this hotel and its staff, especially Lelle, were fantastic! Lovely rooms, lovely breakfast and lovely atmosphere. My only small gripe would be there was only one pillow per person, I asked for more but was told the hotel had ran out of pillows???"
