We really enjoyed our stay here, Andrea the host was amazing and was always available offer advise regarding the local area. The villa itself well equipped and the Swimming Pool was perfect. It’s bigger than it looks. It was about a 15 min drive to Syracuse and Ortigia that offers many restaurants and places to see. I would fully recommend this villa / host.

A memorable holiday
This is an attractive, comfortable and practical house that makes for a relaxed and stress-free stay, facilitated by Andrea, who is a kind, responsive and organised host. He is true to his word, generous with local advice and attends to queries efficiently. Highlights are the wonderful pool, garden and outside patios - it's outdoor living at its best. We had the use of the whole space and relished the privacy that offered us. Everything was in working order. The spacious bedrooms are adequately cooled by the fans; although the showers are small, the bathrooms function well. The downstairs kitchen is well-equipped, with lots of lovely crockery and glassware. This was a wonderful spot for a family reunion, thank you, Andrea.

Great property and very clean and having the benefit of a private pool which was well used. Andrea was very helpful too. A great location for visiting sites and beaches on the East of Sicily. Would stay here again.

Fantastic villa
Had a wonderful stay in this villa. It was lovely and clean The whole process was easy and andrea was a fantastic host. He told us of a very good pizza place to ho and eat at and arranged a day trip. boating around ortiga island which was superb. Would definitely stay here again

Great communications with Andrea. Beautiful apartment with comfortable bed. Needed something for kitchen and Andrea was at the apartment next morning to help us out. Enjoyed pool everyday. Nice beach and restaurant nearby. Great base to explore Ortega, Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa, and area over several days

Relaxing few days in Sicilian sunshine
My partner and I spend four days in Arenella at the end of July. The weather was very hot, with temperatures in the mid-30s. The property was lovely. Although the pool was shared with the other set occupants (four), it was never crowded and we found it very private. It is very close to the sea/beach, but we found the pool more appealing! The main bedroom was equipped with an air conditioning, which definitely helped at night. We were in the upstairs unit, and the balcony was a good size and had a big umbrella which made sitting out very pleasant. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to eat in which we did a a couple of times. It is well located for getting into Sryacuse, and travelling around was very easy. Our host was very quick to respond to our questions, and enjoyed the places he recommended for eating out. He also gave us a "welcome box" of food which was very helpful. We would recommend staying there, and would go back should we return to Sicily - which we hope to do one day.

Lovely stay!
Our family of totally five persons stayed in the apartment for two weeks. It was everything you could wish for: great host, nice and clean apartment, perfect garden with well kept pool and close to the beach. We’ll probably be back!

Very nice apartment, easy contact with the Owner.Blu sky and sea , +26 C every day.
hi, We arrived at 11 pm and Andrea was waiting for us. Our 1st floor apartment was clean, colourful , with air condition and fans in the other rooms. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. The welcoming gift from the owner helped us to prepare breakfast on the next day. Andrea - the coffie was really good :) Our 2 weeks holiday in July was super sunny and very nice , we used the bikes in the evening and a car to visit Noto and Syracuse (around 30 min drive) . You will also need a car to go for bigger shopping (Lidl and Familiy are 8 km away). There are 2 small shops nearby the beach where you can buy beer , fruits, ice-cream and order a pizza. Villa is located in a quiet area, around 1 km from a clean and sandy beach. The sea is just incredible -it is simply lazur. We also liked the pool which is big enough and it is kept clean by the owner. We recommend this villa, especially for families with kids. Greetings from Gdansk.

What a gem!!
We've had a fantastic holiday! This villa is lovely, it had everything we needed for a home from home stay. The pool is amazing it was alway kept perfectly clean by Andrea for the 2 weeks of our stay and is so private too. Andrea left us a basket full of things to start off our holiday shampoo, milk, pasta, water etc which is a lovely gesture and well used. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Andrea it was perfect.

Brilliant, well priced flat.
This property lived up to expectations and beyond. The flat was well equipped in the main and comfortable. Andreas, our host,made sure that we had a restful and undisturbed holiday always responding to any enquiry we may have had. The pool was perfect in that it was private and spotlessly clean. We had a brilliant week there and would recommend it to friends. Don't be put off by the roads in the area which can be poorly maintained. The beach is not too far away. Andreas even has bicycles available.

My family and I stayed in this fabulous holiday home for ten days. We were thrilled with the place. We arrived late and we're greeted by Andrea with a smile. Milk, spaghetti, cereal and toiletries were all left for us which we thought was a great touch. We told Andrea that we would be bringing a baby and so he left us a high chair, travel cot, toys and nappies it was great! The holiday home itself was spacious, beautifully laid out and well equipped. The pool was amazing and the sun loungers and chairs allowed us to chill by the pool. Bikes and lilos were also left which was the cherry on top. We would 100% recommend this holiday home to anyone.

Séjour très agréable dans la propriété d’Andrea!
Très belle propriété, bien équipée et très propre. Terrasse extérieure couverte très agréable. Belle piscine avec chaises longues. Cette propriété est composée en réalité de deux logements qui peuvent être indépendants avec chacun leur salle de bain. De plus, il y a climatisation dans seulement une chambre d’un logement. Nous avons gentiment suggéré à Andrea de clarifier la description puisque normalement, un des logements de 2 chambres et une salle de bain est attribué pour un groupe de 4. Dans notre cas, Andrea a été très accommodant en nous donnant accès à toute la maison, donc 2 salles de bain et la climatisation limitée n’a pas été un problème puisque la température le soir était plus fraîche, mais il faut être capable de dormir la fenêtre ouverte avec les bruits environnants. Important de clarifier vos besoins avec Andrea lors de votre réservation.

Wir sind durch Zufall auf die Wohnung im Internet aufmerksam geworden. Alle vorherigen Eindrücken von den Bilder stimmten mit unseren Erfahrungen vor Ort überein. Belle villa à proximité de Syracuse
Belle villa très bien entretenue et bien décorée , belle piscine. A quelques kilomètres du centre historique de Syracuse et à moins d’un kilomètre de la mer. Prachtig zwembad, en mooi huis
Mooi huis, wij verbleven op de beneden verdieping, dus hadden wij ook een mooi groot terras. Het was schoon, de bedden en keuken waren goed. Het grootste nadeel was het ontbreken van de airco, het was bijna niet te doen om goed te slapen in deze temperaturen (30+ graden) De douche was ontzettend klein . De eigenaar Andrea is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad!

Schöne Wohnung mit gepflegtem Garten und tollem Pool
Wir haben insgesamt zwei Wochen in der oberen der zwei Wohneinheiten verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat für 4 Personen eine gute Größe. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage und es gibt reichlich Ventilatoren. Die Terrasse ist sehr geräumig und ist mit Tisch und großem Sonnenschirm Ideal ausgestattet, um abends gemütlich draußen zu essen. Der Kontakt zu Andrea hat immer zeitnah und super zuverlässig geklappt, sowohl bei An- wie auch bei Abreise, und wir haben uns sehr über die Willkommensbox mit Lebensmitteln und Kaffee für den Abend und nächsten Morgen gefreut. Das Grundstück und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und vor allem der Pool war eine Wohltat an den heißen Tagen! Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet nicht weit vom Meer und ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Splendida villa vicino a Siracusa
La casa è di recente costruzione e perfettamente equipaggiata, oltre che pulitissima. Particolarmente apprezzata la welcome box che ci ha permesso di non correre a fare la spesa appena arrivati. Noi siamo stati nell’appartamento al primo piano che è ventilato e silenzioso. Il giardino è curato e la piscina molto gradevole. L’appartamento è situato in una zona strategica per visitare la sicilia sud orientale con le sue magnificenze architettoniche e le spiagge incontaminate della riserva di vendicari. La spiaggia di arenella è vicina (ci si va a piedi) ed il mare è molto pulito. Grazie ad Andrea che con le sua attenzione per il cliente ha reso perfetto il nostro soggiorno.

Ideale pour un séjour en famille
Maison récente ,entretenue, bien équipée et sécurisée. Literie de qualité. Le jardin est joli, lui aussi bien entretenu.Avec des températures au dessus de 30, nous avons passé beaucoup de temps sur la grande terrasse ombragée et au bord de la piscine qui est assez grande. La rue est calme. C est un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer. Andrea nous a réservé un très bon accueil et nous a bien conseillé. Ce fut une belle surprise, toute la famille a apprécié . Merci Andrea pour ton hospitalité et la qualité de la prestation .
