It is a fantastic house and location with a wonderful host.
Pros: The location is private and quiet and fully equipped. The host is accessible. A beautiful beach close by as well as shopping and tourist facilities. Cons: The house layout is somewhat outdated but in good condition to use.

Pros: We found the villa a quiet place, spacious with a large and well-kept garden and much privacy. It is close to shopping centres. The house has a veranda where you can live outdoors and it offers good facilities including air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The kitchen is no modern design but it is well equipped to prepare any (Italian) meal. The owner of the villa is very nice and hospitable; he speaks English (and Italian, if you like to practice ;-)) and will do everything to offer you a pleasant stay. We absolutely recommend this villa! Cons: You might find the bathroom small and outdated. But there is an open air shower in the garden.
