We are located in the rural area surrounding the town of Floridia, 1 km from the town and 15 km from the city of Syracuse and the seaside resorts. The house is externally surrounded by a large covered veranda well equipped and ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the veranda is a characteristic wood oven. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchenette, a 'large dining room with TV corner and living room, two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and laundry. The strong point of the property is however the exterior. It is characterized by a large park very nice and decorated with plants and hedges of all kinds and especially by a beautiful private pool recently built and surrounded by a comfortable solarium where you can relax and enjoy the sun of this beautiful island! The property offers a well-equipped barbecue area and a private parking.

Haus in dem Zustand nicht zu vermieten
Die Unterkunft war alt und kaputt, Küche nicht zu gebrauchen. Pool im schlechten Zustand, Fliesen locker oder uneben. Algenbildung am Boden und Rand. Matratzen dreckig und schwarz. Waren absolut nicht zu Frieden.

Fantastic holiday
We had a fantastic stay in this home. The pictures are very accurate to what we found, quite rustic, and the pool was even better than photos. The beds weren’t as comfortable as we would have hoped, but the house was very clean and perfect for young children. The owner was fantastic and very helpful throughout, making our stay as easy and wonderful as possible.

La maison est située dans un très joli parc avec une très belle piscine. Le jardin,la piscine et la terrasse sont extrêmement agréable. Cependant des choses sont à améliorer : la cuisine est petite, difficile d'y faire à manger pour 6 avec peu de vaisselle; il n'y a qu'une salle de bain avec un toilette à l'intérieur, un autre WC indépendant serait bienvenu; les aboiements des chiens la nuit sont pénibles aussi.

Bon séjour en Sicile !!!
Nous étions 8 personnes dont 5 enfants (de 6 à 15 ans). Beau terrain avec la piscine, très bon séjour sur place. La piscine est nickel, et comme il fait chaud on ne souffre pas de la chaleur. Douche extérieure très appréciée et la grande terrasse ombragée également. Quelques bruits la nuit avec les chiens mais rien de bien méchant , on s'y habitue. Enfin, Andréa notre propriétaire...que dire...une personne formidable, très avenante, qui prend le temps de bien nous expliquer les choses et visites sur place, nous avons vraiment apprécié cela.Merci à lui. Bon séjour en Sicile.

Belle propriété au calme et super piscine privée individuelle
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette villa au calme et à proximité de Syracuse . La piscine est agréable et bien entretenue par Andréa le propriétaire , la terrasse couverte est appréciable. Andréa vous conseillera sur les visites à effectuer dans le secteur et il est également très serviable et ponctuel car il a le tact de vous prévenir par SMS quand il doit venir faire l'entretien de la villa . Nous recommandons .

Nous avons aimé : - La gentillesse d'Andréa : sa disponibilité et ses conseils pour un séjour agréable - L'emplacement : syracuse, noto, catane... De jolies villes sont accessibles sans trop de route - La piscine : bonne profondeur, bien entretenue. Aucun vis à vis. - La terrasse et le barbecue - Les ventilos dans les chambres Nous avons moins aimé : - Les aboiements des chiens aux alentours (la nuit c'est juste insupportable) - Le manque de modernisme : la cuisine et la salle de bain sont vieillottes, les transats pourraient être changés...

Bonne location pour famille
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette jolie propriété au calme un peu à l'extérieur de Floridia mais en direction de Syracuse .L'accès à la ville se fait très rapidement .La piscine est grande et chaude et nous avons profité de la grande terrasse couverte ainsi que du barbecue . Andréa nous a fort bien accueilli et nous le remercions pour sa disponibilité , sa réactivité et ses conseils pour la découverte de la région .

ottima villa nell'entro terra siracusano.
Abbiamo trascorso la prima settimana d' agosto in questa bella proprietà, immersa nella quiete della campagna. Abitazione pulita e confortevole , grande giardino ben curato completato dalla nuova splendida piscina. Ottimo punto di partenza per numerose escursioni, vicinissime Siracusa e Noto ma anche a pochi km dal mare. Un ringraziamento particolare per il proprietario Sig. Andrea sempre gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente da consigliare.....

Belle piscine
L'hôte Andrea est très aidant, il donne beaucoup de conseils sur les visites possibles et intervient rapidement en cas de problème, ce qui est très appréciable! La maison est située sur un grand et beau terrain plat et arboré, cloisonné et sans vis à vis. L'endroit est très calme la journée, dommage que plusieurs chiens à proximité japent parfois la nuit... La terrasse ombragée de la maison est spacieuse et appréciable en juillet car il fait chaud! L'intérieur de la maison est moyennement spacieux, et la cuisine et la salle de bains mériteraient un bon coup de jeune...qu'Andrea nous a dit prévoir pour bientôt. Enfin bien evidemment la super piscine, centre du regroupement familial, très bien entretenue et qui permet d'expliquer le prix de la location. La maison est située dans une banlieue bien moyenne de Floridia, ville qui ne présente comme seul intérêt que d'être bien située pour visiter la région : Syracuse, Noto, les baignoires de cassibile, l'Etna, les belles plages au sud, etc... Plein de choses à faire et à voir! Bonnes vacances

Jolie villa fonctionnelle et très bien située. La piscine est agréable et les villes de Syracuse, Noto et toutes les plages du sud sont accessibles facilement depuis cet emplacement calme. L''hôte Andrea s'occupe très bien des locataires et reste à disposition si besoin.

Absolutely wonderful!
This house is a real find. We stayed here for 2 weeks in July and had the most fantastic time. The house itself has all you need - comfortable rooms, good kitchen and spotlessly clean throughout. The pool is great - we used it several times each day including before breakfast. The location of the house is very useful for travelling to most of the east coast of Sicily. It is very close to the historic Syracusa (20 mins) and a relatively short drive to Catania and Mt Etna. Very nearby is Floridia, which is a small town but contains all the shops, restaurants and facilities needed. Finally, Andrea, the owner, could not have been more helpful. We have 2 children (6 & 10) and both enjoyed the holiday immensely. I have nothing but good things to say about this house.
