The location of this Beach Villa is in Fontane Bianche, Syracusa. Here you have a spectacular view of the sea in the first line and direct access to the beach -no more than 15 meters-. The air-conditioned modern furnished villa has 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, large living room with fireplace and TV. All bedrooms are fully equipped with their own TV. The kitchen is also well equipped. The villa also includes two bathrooms with hairdryer, towels, bidet and shower. An outdoor bathroom with shower, toilet & washing machine is available on the large terrace. WLAN is available. The highlight of the villa is the outdoor Jacuzzi with direct sea view and an additional outdoor shower. Shopping facilities and restaurants are available nearby. Who has visited our villa once, will surely fall in love with it. The maximum number of people who can enjoy an unforgettable vacation in this dreamlike ambience is 6 persons. Excellent beach stay
Perfect place to have a relaxing beach holiday. Property is right on a fantastic beach and the jacuzzi is a wonderful bonus! Whole family really enjoyed it!

Superb villa on the beach
We had a delightful 10-day stay in May. The location is great and the view is wonderful. The house is roomy, well furnished and equipped as described and more. Savored our morning espressos and breakfasts on the terrace. Just had a fantastic time!

Everything was wonderful for our family of 3 generations for the holiday. Access to the beach was a bit tricky for grandparents at first but we all learned. The house was perfect and we will come again.

Great family vacation spot on the beach.
The property was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. Great spot on the beach, just walk out the gate. Great set up with hoses and shower when returning from beach. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Terrace was a great place for meals and jabbing out. Easy access to restaurants (highly recommend Capaninna for pizza and pasta dishes), gelateria, and small grocery. All capped with a dip in the hot tub in the evening.

Lovely beach-side villa
Our stay at the villa was fantastic, the location is great - overlooking Fontane Bianchi beach with very easy access. The terrace was realy well equipped with loungers, dining table and hot tub (fun!). The whole place was clean, uncluttered and comfortable, contemporary and airy. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay and enjoy all the facilities and local bars/restaurants. Easy to get to Syracusa, Modica and Noto plus lots of other gorgeous towns in the area. Wonderful hoiday and would love to return.

Perfect beach holiday
We have just spent an idyllic week at this charming home right on the beach . The location could not be better.. the sea on your doorstep and a clean, sandy beach dotted with restaurants and bars. The house was perfect for 3 adults and 2 children. It was spacious ( huge balcony) the wifi was good , the beds really comfortable and all tastefully furnished. All our contact with the host was seamless . Thank you and hopefully we’ll be back.

Perfect family vacation at the beach
The house is excellent! Everything was thoughtfully designed for an effortless and comfortable vacation. The villa has been fully renovated with high quality finishing materials, making it very comfortable. Gates to the street and to the beach can be locked, making it very safe for young children. Host was easily available and very helpful with our needs - from an affordable cleaning service during our stay to recommendations for day trips. I highly recommend this villa and cannot thing of any issue to report.

Wonderful stay
Great villa. Very clean and well equipped. Beds were so comfortable, showers excellent. Views were stunning from the terrace and the hot tub was great. The property is a little out of the way and taxis were not easy to come by or were very expensive. There is a great, simple restaurant (beach bar) about 20 minutes walk away and Cassibile has a few restaurants about 30 minutes walk. There are also a few trains per day into Syracusa from a station 20 minutes walk away and you can buy a ticket on the train. A car is definitely needed. We cooked in the well equipped kitchen a few nights and there are large supermarkets in nearby Avola including a Lidl. Highly recommended would definitely return.

The pictures don’t do this semi-detached house justice! Wonderful property right on the beach. This house had the feel of someone’s actual vacation home being rented out — high-end appliances, comfortable beds and furniture, well-appointed with everything you need and many conveniences, etc. Plenty of space inside and outside, with a fantastic patio with huge, heated hot tub, bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower. Fully gated property and felt very private given setback of neighboring property and the privacy wall on the other side with the attached home. Great location with easy driving ~25 mins to Syracusa and Noto, but you really don’t want to leave! Sufficient restaurants and supplies nearby within walking distance in Fontane Bianche, with more substantial options within close driving distance. Responsive host and manager. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location, luxurious apartment
We had an amazing time staying here. The views were incredible of the beautiful beach. Sunsets gorgeous! The apartment was clean, comfortable and so luxurious. Perfect location overlooking the sea. Restaurants a short walk. The beach was busy in August, but the calm of the terrace meant it was an extremely relaxing holiday. The jacuzzi was an additional treat! Small Supermarket Only 7 min walk away. Great restaurants for take away food. The pizza and seafood were delicious. The apartment has everything and more! Great Tv channels for kids to chill out with in afternoon (Netflix & prime) Comfortable sun beds and umbrella provided for beach. All in all a fantastic holiday and we hope to come again. We will be staying here again! Filomena was so helpful and very professional and friendly to deal with. We loved it! Thank you, Grazie Mile!

Erwartungen übertroffen
Wir wussten anhand den Bildern was uns erwartet und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Das Haus ist mega und die Lage top! Der Strand ist sauber und das Wasser ein Traum! Top Gastgeber! Ich hoffe wir können mal wieder kommen! Auto ist ein muss, da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Dorf begrenzt sind.

Einfach schön
Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig, die Einrichtung stimmig, die große Terrasse zum Meer hin vom Frühstück bis zum letzten Glas Wein vor dem Schlafengehen immer großartig. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und freundlich, wie schon bei unserem ersten Besuch vor 5 Jahren.

Pro: Fronte mare basso fondale, con discesa diretta sulla spiaggia. Terrazza attrezzata con sdraio, barbecue,bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Due posti auto. 3 Camere da letto con zanzariere e condizionatori. Due bagni con ampie docce. Tendaggi e televisioni in tutte le stanze. Cucina attrezzata. Struttura riammodernata e pulita. Contro: Per tutta la durata del soggiorno di due settimane, la lavastoviglie non è stata riparata. Materassi letti matrimoniali scomodi per eccessivo affossamento. Sfaldamento continuo rivestimento similpelle sedie cucina. Interventi miglioramento: Installare zanzariera e condizionatore in soggiorno. Riparare perdita lavastoviglie.Sostituire materassi matSostituisedie cucina.

Zauberhafte Villa direkt am Strand
Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Villa Filomena und sind restlos begeistert ! Die Villa ist wirklich bis ins Kleinste durchdacht und ausgestattet und mit viel Charme eingerichtet ! Die Lage direkt am Strand mit atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer lässt keinen Wunsch offen ! Die Gastgeberin hat uns ausgesprochen nett von Deutschland aus begleitet. Check-In und -Out hat eine sehr nette ältere Dame aus dem Ort abgewickelt. Auto ist nötig, da ordentliche Supermärkte nur in Avola vorhanden sind. Der Zugang zum Strand geht über einen Steinfelsen, ist also nicht ganz barrierefrei. Fontane Bianche ist ein lebhafter Strand, am Wochenende rappelvoll und vom nahen Beach Club kann tagsüber schon mal für ein paar Minuten monotoner Rave rüberdröhnen. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Ansonsten ist der Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Villa einfach nur wunderbar ! Die lauen Sommerabende direkt am rauschenden Meeresufer waren unvergleichlich ! Wir kommen wieder !

Traumhaft - jederzeit gerne wieder!
Alles perfekt: Haus, Lage, Ausstattung, Terrasse mit Strandzugang, Meerblick und Whirlpool, parkähnlicher Garten und natürlich der feine Sandstrand und das türkisblaue Wasser der Bucht und nicht zuletzt sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Tolles Ferienhaus, alles sauber, traumhafte Lage direkt am Strand, nur ein paar Treppen runter. Bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche. Super Praktisches extra WC und Dusche, welches von der Terrasse zugänglich ist. Äußerst leckere Pizzeria um die Ecke. Traumhafter Whirlpool. Der Besitzer ist klasse, habe im Voraus alles Notwendige erfahren. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe mit äußerst netter Dame dank Übersetzungsprogramm auf Handy. Alles in einem: traumhaft.

Magnifique séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Nous avons été accueilli par une dame ne parlant qu'italien mais très gentille. La maison était très propre, bien équipée et parfaitement conforme aux photos. Le jacuzzi est un réel atout pour la saison qui est encore un peu fraiche en avril. La vue sur la mer est juste incroyable et l'accès direct sur la plage est très pratique, surtout pour les enfants. Nous y reviendrions avec grand plaisir!

Ein wunderschönes Haus, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt! Insbesondere die Lage direkt am Strand mit der fantastischen Terrasse ist einmalig. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert, Rückfragen wurde sehr schnell beantwortet bzw. gelöst. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!
