"I had an extremely disappointing experience when I booked a stay at this property. After arriving at Nairobi airport, I took an Uber to the location, arriving just around midnight. Upon arrival, we waited at the gate for approximately 15 minutes before a man came out. He appeared either upset or as though he had been woken up, and immediately demanded to know if the reservation had been paid. "This is a typical guesthouse. It has a warm and friendly staff and a nice property. They will go out of their way for you! But typical for a guesthouse, you must leave your key when you go out. Bring your own shampoo, etc, and hair dryer."

"Peter was an excellent host! He took great care of me and made sure I had everything I needed. There was an unexpected change to an alternate location instead of the guest house location that I booked which was a little confusing on arrival. Luckily I did not miss the pool. Meals served were very good and much appreciated. Food prices were not disclosed in advance but were reasonable. Peter made my stay enjoyable!"
