"We had booked a disabled access room. The hotel advertised a restaurant which would be open. We arrived half an hour before the check in time of 2.00pm. The receptionist asked us to wait. The Bar was closed so we sat in the car. At 2.00pm we went to check in to be told the lift was not working and we had a room on the first floor! Too many steps for me to cope with. So we could not stay there. They booked us in at another Ibis but gave us the wrong address! We eventually found the hotel and were reasonably pleased, except their restaurant was closed! The hotel was also much further away from the town centre than we wanted to be. We cannot understand why the receptionist at the original hotel did not tell us about the lift when we first made contact. We also incurred charges for breakfast which we think was included in the original hotel. They also charged for our dog. Not at all happy. Instead of sight seeing we spent the afternoon sitting in the car or driving between hotel car parks. Will not book an Ibis hotel again."

"Very pleasant 2-night stay at Hotel Splendid, with courteous, helpful staff, and a lovely view from the balcony. Convenient to the shops, restos, and convenience store. For those not familiar with the area and arriving by car, I recommend the hotel parking a couple blocks away. "

"Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel et il nous convient bien. Les chambres sont spacieuses (dommage que le café soit disponible dans les chambres mais pas les infusions). L'espace piscine et fitness est top. Les plats servis à la brasserie sont excellents et le buffet desserts toujours bien remplis!!! Dommage, le service était moins bien que d'habitude mais il faut laisser le temps aux élèves de progresser. "
