As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. Beaucoup de résident a l'année ou de travailleur. Le logement qu'on a eu était un PMR, d'ailleurs pas accessible au niveau de la chambre avec le lit deux places et le lit superposé. "This is the place if you want to step out of your hotel right onto the beach. A bit away from the main promenades at Grande Motte, but plenty of free parking and a good grocery store within a few minutes walk. Very friendly and helpful staff. "

"Room and property conditions where terrible, old not well maintained. The outside areas dirty as well. Rooms smelled bad. There was only one option for wifi paid public. This is not a 4* hotel by any means! Disappointing"

"Pierre & Vacances Résidence Le Levant are self-catering apartments less than a minute from the beach. If you don't mind sleeping on a sofa bed and if you are with a car, it's perfect. The sofa-bed is easily set-up, fresh linen are provided when you check-in and the kitchen well equipped (no oven, but you probably stay there in summer anyway).
