"The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in a great location near light rail and ferry stops. My only suggestions for improvement would be letting incoming guests know that access is either through the Oaks Hotel if using the front entrance or through the fourth storey of an adjoining carpark if arriving by light rail. Overall though a very comfortable apartment at a very affordable price for the area. Great historical connection to early Sydney as well. Overall though...

"the keys had to be dropped at the same place they were picked up from which is up the road from the accommodation if its raining you will get very wet like I did. we had an early flight so we packed up and took the keys back to the shop at 7am BUT the shop doesn't open until 8:30am there's no where it says the shop doesn't open till 8:30 i called Book a batch and they said the shop opens at 7:30 then began the argument. There's a sign on the front of the shop that looked like it had been there...

"Great location close to city, public transport etc. Good to have a small kitchen (although some of the pans were poor). Hotel building needs a refurb but the room itself is good. Would also be good to know about cleaning, rubbish etc up front as it is different to the hotel"

"Fully controllable a/c heating. Dishwasher and washing machine nice to have. Good wi-fi and large screen TV. Minimally equipped i.e. no salt, tin foil or paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper for the entire stay but there is an IGF grocery store very close by. A tiny garbage pail with no replacement plastic bags but the garbage chute is in the hall. All that said you can't beat the location and the view."

The beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent within walking distance of most things we wanted to see, and a couple of minutes from museum station where you can get a direct train to the airport. If you want 5 star accommodation pay 5 star prices. The price of this apartment was consistent with the simple but adequate kitchen equipment, and we had good...
