The toilet seat was fixed promptly but the guy came to measure up the blind and nearly two weeks later it still hadn't been replaced. "The apartment was very comfortable and as advertised. Well priced and in a good area of the Sydney Inner West. We were very happy with this property and would stay there again. "

"Had me worried as the property mamanger didn't give access instructions until the day we were due to check in. Other than that, property is about 6 mins drive to station, or about 20mins walk, or you have uber and taxi. Bedrooms are clean and spacious. Toilet looks like it was replaces with a new one, bath tub/shower is in need of replacement tho. Overall it was a good stay, just didn't like the poor lighting to the property entrance, sensors didn't kick in unless you move around a bit. "

"This is a great place to stay - super clean, comfortable and a handy location. However I wouldn't stay again in summer as there is no air conditioning. I was aware of this when I booked, but I didn't know what I was in for with the hot and humid Sydney weather! The apartment was equipped with fans, but they didn't offer a lot of relief unfortunately. If it had air conditioning, I would rate it excellent. It's a very nice little place."

"In the studio's description there is no obvious mention of an AC system or the lack of it. The supplied Dyson cool / heat fan (filters needed cleaning) and a second classic floor fan made the heat in the room just bare able. Top dollars for a small studio on the secobd floor at the rear of the building."
