"The good: Property is nicely renovated on the ground floor. The location is great - close to the Rocks and Circle quay. The neighborhood is full of nice little restaurants and bars. The bad: Heat! There is no air conditioning (which is correctly not listed as an amenity). There some small in effective fans and a small floor cooling unit on the ground floor (which barely moves the slightly chilled air it creates). Even opening windows to try to allow for a cross draft did not cool the...

"At first there was a little confusion, as my stepdaughter couldn't find the loft until I arrived. Once that was located it was all good. My mother in law had to use the sofa bed as the stairs were too steep for her, so I would not recommend this accommodation for anyone with mobility issues as the stairs to the bathroom were also an issue. However, overall the place is lovely and very close to Darling Harbour and the Star Casino. Our hosts were excellent communicators when we needed to talk...

"I stayed in this property for 2 nights with my husband and 2 sons the first night, and my daughter joined us for the second night. This made sleeping arrangements a little difficult, as the set up is for couples. I had a problem with all the stairs, as I have a mobility problem. I would have enjoyed my stay otherwise. I would recommend if you don’t mind a lot of stairs. "

"The location of this property was excellent for us as we were catching a cruise boat. We were able to walk from the property to the Cruise Terminal also to the Opera house. It wasn’t easy getting into the place but we sorted it out the layout of the place was good and the kitchen and bathrooms were very good."
