"We have stayed a few times at this hotel and found it VERY clean, and friendly service from the staff. The only thing we didn't appreciate was a tween hockey team staying in the hotel and the children were running up and down the halls to the point where we had to open the door and ask them to quiet down, and when that didn't work called the front desk and they handled it. This is a posted policy in their elevator, we would appreciate the parents of these kids to be more attentive and respect that others are staying and paying to stay here. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay, and the hot breakfast was great too! We WILL return to this spectacular hotel! "

"Booked a lake view king room at the last minute. We were attending a show in town and didn’t want to drive home in a snowstorm. The hotel was only about a 7 minute walk to the Grand Theatre. Room was great. Very quiet at our end of the hall and it had a very comfortable bed. We like that they offer underground parking and we can just walk to most places downtown. I found it wasn’t that easy to control the room temperature as it tended to get warmer than what we set the room temperature to. I think I ended up putting it at 18 degrees overnight. We took our continental breakfast to go since we left early in the morning. Would stay again as the price was quite a bit lower than the other hotels in downtown Kingston."

"Everyone was very friendly, the location is ideal and close to many restaurants within walking distance. We didn't try the Academy restaurant, but it looked inviting and the menu also looked good. Would definitely stay there again."
