This delightful cottage is set in the heart of Mumbles. It's the perfect place for a coastal getaway with family and friends. The property sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Walking distance to the bustling village, with boutique shops, cafes and pubs and also walking distance to the seafront promenade which stretches the full width of the bay. Free parking is available outside the front of the property which is rare for the area. you can also enjoy an enclosed private courtyard.
The space
The first living area has a Smart TV with two comfortable sofas seating 6 which is great for cosy evenings, and also has a dining room connected with a four seater dining table which would be a great place to work with partial Sea views.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and washing machine. It also features a large wooden dining table that comfortably seats six people, creating a very sociable space for all the family to enjoy!
The second living area has a small Tv, a two/three seater sofa and an armchair. with some books and boardgames. Perfect to entertain families without the use of phones!
The Master bedroom is at the front of the property and has a double bed and features a partial view of the mumbles seafront through its airy, large window.
Bedroom 2 is also located at the front of the property and has a bed formation of two single beds and also has partial views of the Mumbles seafront from its main large window at a low level. There is a chair there for sitting in and taking in these views.
Bedroom 3 is located at the back of the property and boasts a double bed with a large wardrobe to fit your belongings.
Bedroom 4 is located at the back of the property and locked for the owners personal belongings.
We offer hotel-standard linen and towels which are replenished after each stay.
The bathroom is located next to bedroom three and four upstairs in the property and features a Shower/Bath, sink and a toilet.
There is also a separate toilet next door to the bathroom with a hand basin.
There is a private courtyard in this property thats guests can enjoy. It features outdoor furniture that seats all 6 guests comfortably.

Guests have access to the entire property apart from bedroom four that is locked for owners storage.
