"East of the sun was an older property but was clean with a friendly staff. They took care of things when needed in a timely manner. There was quite a bit of dog poop in the back yard some fresh and some older. It was a short walk to the beach and they did supply a wagon, boogy boards, and chairs. "

We were supposed to stay for a few days, but Tropical Storm Debby interrupted our plans and after communication with my gf, her family and the staff at the Boutique, we made the tough decision to not drive down. The communication between myself and the Boutique was very professional and helpful. The refund took only a day or two before it was back into my account. I really look forward to coming back next...

"We would stay here again. It is a duplex turned into 4 rentals, but it was roomy enough for 6 people and 2 dogs. The A/C was ice cold and had a separate air conditioner for each bedroom and living space. The location is great - only about 20 feet from beach access and 0.6 mile walk to shopping and food. The host responded to texts quickly. The people we met were all so nice. This is a rental and city I want to visit again. "
