"Wonderful staff, super helpful. Food was amazing! Only little niggles was the shower head was a little grubby in our room and the road can be noisy if you’re not a heavy sleeper like myself. Beautiful place and wonderful if you like to have long walks up and around the Manor House behind the hotel. "

"Easy to book and although I arrived early it was not a problem and the greeting from the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be staying again next time I am in the area."

"The room was nice, good layout, and the sofa area in the conservatory and outdoor space was a bonus. And it was quiet too, which I was worried about as it's a pub. The room wasn't super clean, there were dead bugs and stuff. And some of the room felt tired and tatty. But that wouldn't stop me staying again. However, the biggest issue was there is no wifi in the rooms, and the phone signal isn't great. As I was there to work it was a problem. "

"Great Quirky place to stay - Evening meal food was excellent and the Breakfast was great and plentiful and all cooked to your liking - The Hotel room and facilities were more than adequate - Only downside if you don't like noise is that if there are a lot of guests there booked in, then there is a lot of door banging noise but theres not a lot you can do about that Staff friendly and helpful"
