"The hotel is a little dated but is clean and comfortable. Having an indoor swimming pool is a real plus for days when the weather rules out a dip in the sea. Room service came every day. Overall excellent value for money and would stay here again when visiting Bournemouth "

"We had a small issue with the shower in our room. We raised the issue with reception and the lady working on the evening of the 22nd February kindly fixed the shower for us within 10 minutes. She was extremely helpful and lovely. Thank you very much! "
