"We had a great stay over the extended weekend. Home is beautiful and centrally located for the Lava area. Close to hot springs, river, skiing and the great outdoors. Our host (Jess) was responsive to anything we needed or brought up. We will definitely be staying again when we're in town!"

"We've stayed in the Silos twice now and both times have been amazing. You wont be disappointed. With that said I have got to talk about our experience with Lindi Wixom. The night of our stay we got in and unloaded our luggage and went into town to the hot springs. When we got back it was dark and I messed up trying to get the door to unlock. 100% this was my fault but we couldnt get in. To make a long story short I left my phone locked in the Silo but we had my wifes phone. We tried to contact VRBO but because everything was booked through my phone we couldn't get ahold of a live agent like VRBO's advertisement claim. We were stuck and locked out. As a last ditch effort I went to VRBO.COM and went to the silos page and I left a message like I had a question about the silos. I explained who I was and our situation and left my wifes number. It was after 9pm on a Thursday night, I told my wife theres no chance she sees this email until the morning. We were getting ready to drive 2 and a half hours home in a snow storm in hopes someone contacted us in the morning. Right as I was getting to put the car in drive my wifes phone rang. I can not explain the level of reliefe that swept over our bodies when I answered the phone and heard Lindi's voice. She explained what I was doing wrong and we were able to get in. Now I'm not saying shes going to answer every email within 5 minutes but on this night she did and she was our hero! Thank you thank you thank you! Yes we will be back! "

"It was great, loved the room and the town, visited the hot pools. My only suggestion is hook down the porch mat as it would slip as you stepped out from the hotel room. We loved having a kitchen to use and the coffee maker was awesome. Beds super comfy. We had a great stay!"
