Josip, der Besitzer, war immer erreichbar, was aber nicht nötig war, da alles vorhanden war und nix zu beanstanden war. Die Bilder in der Anzeige sprechen für sich und sind auch genau so anzutreffen! Das Haus ist ein über 150 Jahre altes Bauernhaus, welches innen und außen mit viel Liebe und Geschick sehr schön restauriert und eingerichtet ist! Kurzum, nur zu empfehlen!!!"

"Die Kommunikation bei der Anreise war perfekt. Empfangen wurden wir von unserer herzlichen Gastgeberin Anamarija. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und das gesamte Grundstück sehr gepflegt Im Haus fehlte es an nichts (Seifen, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, usw. alles vorhanden). Anamarija ist eine sehr liebe Person, die jederzeit und schnell geholfen hat. "Very nice place when you search for a calm region which is not too far away from the beach, supermarkets or Pula. Very nice and clean pool and a big garden if children are with you. Perfekt and fast communication with the owner. She showed us the house an how all works like the fireplace, the kitchen or the washing machine. We enjoy the outside Grill and the place to sit nearby. "Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. es gibt nur ein paar dinge die uns am Haus gestört haben. Das erst ist das die Schlafzimmer zur Wohnküche im Erdgeschoss total offen sind, es gibt keine Türen. Dadurch hört man alles im gesamten Haus. Das zweite ist, das der Pool nicht so gereinigt wurde wie der Ansprechpartner vor Ort uns dies zugesichert hatte, wir mussten mehrfach hinterher Telefonieren. Sonst war alle super schön."

"The location of this child is perfect. Really calm and peaceful location for relaxation. But just a short drive to local restaurants and towns and about 30 mins from Pula and Rovinj. It's a great base to explore the whole area. Svetvincenat is beautiful for a relaxing family meal close by. The villa itself is just amazing, really well decorated and designed, keeping the old charm of the building with modern but classic touches. We loved it and will be back!! "

"We booked Villa Nina for a family holiday with our boys age 8 & 10. We wanted a week to relax and this place was perfect. Situated in a quiet hamlet about 30 minutes from Pula Airport (def need a car) the house was bright and clean with a beautiful outside area. The kids were thrilled with the mini football pitch, pool table foosball and PlayStation not to mention the slide into the pool. All that allowed us to relax. We took a trip to Sanc Michael Theme Park - fantastic place for the kids...

Superb villa has everything you need

"We had a fantastic week at the Villa Batana. The villa is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Our host was incredibly helpful, taking us the last few meters to the property when we got slightly lost on arrival and providing lots of suggestions for things to do in the area. It was hard to drag ourselves away from the beautiful pool, but the Villa is well situated to visit the attractions of the area -which we did. A truly excellent property to which we hope to return."
