"The villa itself is modern and comfortable - and well equipped eg decent kitchen equipment, which a lot of similar places don’t have. It means you can properly cook at home rather than just doing snacks. You might need to, as the village is very limited - we found only 2 restaurants and both of them needed to be booked in advance, even in low-ish season (September). If you don’t mind driving you’ll have lots of options as it’s close to Pula and Medulin. I’d say you definitely need a car unless...

Although we had to go to beaches by car and there are only small and bumpy roads, it never took longer than 20 minutes and the remote and small beaches were amazing. The house was perfect for eleven people and the pool was used a lot. The highlight was the outdoor area and kitchen, we never cooked inside with the grill and inductive stove outside. "The house was wonderful once we found it. Directions are quite ambiguous and roads are not marked. Best to put the address into Google and head to Mali Kosi. Do not let Google take you to Rabac!! The kitchen is fully appointed and a pleasure to cook in. There was no toilet paper or soap upon our arrival. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets off the deck. A great place to hang out but somewhat inconvenient if you want to explore Istria."

"This is a hotel outside the city of Pula. Easy check-in, friendly staff, free parking, very good breakfast. Room is a little small and bathroom fixtures are odd, shower in particular. Water drains toward the door and runs out into the bathroom. There is no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. "
