"Great for an early flight as it directly adjoins the airport. Breakfast is superb (better than the offering in the airport lounge). Bathroom could be a little cleaner - but think this is a fault of a wet room design rather than cleaning staff. All staff were excellent & friendly. "

"The rooms are very basic so if you’re looking for a little more space and comfort then maybe not for you. But staff were superb, friendly and welcoming. Hotel is in a good location with the exception of the bar / club across the road, a little noisy."

"The public areas are lovely - the space in front of the mansion, the breakfast/restaurant room with amazing views over the lake. It has lots of history, and the lobby is typically Swedish in its effortless cool. The room was a little less impressive. For the cost it was basically two adjoining conference rooms with very little in the way of comfort, and a very small, disappointingly dated bathroom. "This is the second time that I have stayed in this hotel. I think that is a nice, quiet and clean hotel. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable. My only reservation is the clear glass wall between the bedroom and the bathroom. There is a curtain but it still feels uncomfortable. "

"Its ridiculous that you pay over 1000 SEK for a night and there is no cleaning inscluded. You have to do it yourself and if you don’t do it properly they will charge you for another 1000 SEK. And there is no WiFi. You get very little for the money. And for that much money they charge they should provide a much better bed. The beds are so soft you get back pains for days. I would never come back again and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. This is just a money machine with bad service. "

"Wonderful 3 day visit. From the very start, meeting Maria in reception, the friendliness and service was superb. When we couldn't ski, the absolute best experience was the 10km mt bike trip with free bikes from the hotel. One question we couldn't get answered was why some people in the restaurant were getting meals that weren't on the menu... We had great burgers, though!"

"A peaceful place with good breakfast. However, we arrived at 10am on a Sunday, reception closes at 5pm, so were given our keys by restaurant staff, which was ok but when we found our rooms they were unbearably hot and stuffy, and in one the bathroom fan was stuck on making a high pitch squeal. With no reception staff or night porter, we had to find a fuse box and cut the bathroom electricity in order to get to sleep. Very nice hotel

"Hotel was very nice. Service was excellent, friendly and with a smile. The hotel has great views across the lake. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the breakfast also very good. The hotel has a small sauna which has a shower area and great views across the lake. The hotel also has some lovely communal areas / rooms."
