"We loved the house but it’s not for anyone with even slightly impaired walking, balance, or ability to climb stairs. The house is very old, but updated wonderfully. However we never saw any pool. I would definitely return to this house."

"We enjoyed the most wonderful week in San Momme and Alessandra and Maurizio were the perfect hosts. The village is friendly and welcoming with as nice bustle to it - and great coffee and beer - but at nighttime, the whole valley is extremely quiet and tranquil. The house itself is utterly charming, full of lovely things and very comfortable. The pool is amazing - very large and deep and with the most stunning views. "This is a lovely spot in the hills, the pool a godsend in the scorching heat. The apartment was everything we expected, ideal for a family of four. Great restaurants nearby but sadly lacking a bar/pasticceria that is reaslitically walkable. There seems to have once been one but is now closed down. Ruth and her family were so welcoming and were very helpful and easy to deal with. They left us to it but were on hand if we needed anything"

"Beautiful traditional Tuscan farmhouse set in lovely peaceful landscape. The house is well equipped with everything you will need. The rooms are all large and airy and, importantly, every window has a mosquito screen. The beds are big, comfortable with nice quality linen and each bedroom has more than adequate storage. In particular we loved the covered terrace and spent most of our evenings there. The local co-op shop is a five minute drive away (you will find only basic provisions there)and...

"We had a lovely couple of weeks at Jacopo’s house. The house has been beautifully restored and set in an olive grove and vineyards. The house is relatively remote but within easy 10mins drive to towns. A car is essential for a stay at this property. Jacopo was a great host and readily available if we needed him, and gave great tips and advice vice on places to visit. We would definitely recommend and stay again in the future. "

"Rustic, clean, comfortable and very charming farmhouse with breathtaking views. We woke up to birds singing and the smell of honeysuckle. Ate breakfast in the beautiful private garden with hummingbirds and small lizards visiting. Hosts were accessible and very helpful. Everything is as pictured and worked well. 15 min from grocery store and 10 min from beach. Highly recommend!!!!!!"

"Een prima woning in het mooie Emilia-Romagna. Een perfecte uitgangspositie om naar Bologna, Modena of het nabijgelegen natuurgebied te gaan. Je hebt wel een auto nodig, met het OV raad ik het af. De woning is goed uitgerust en erg netjes. Bed slaapt prima en de keuken biedt precies wat je nodig hebt. Wel een nadeel: de omgeving. Helaas voor de verhuurder kan hij hier niets aan doen. De hond van de overburen blaft iedere nacht meerdere keren langdurig. Daarnaast begon een -zo lijkt het- dronken...

"Eine sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung, sauber gehalten und liebevolles Snack-Carepaket sogar bereitgestellt. In der Wohnung haben wohl früher Katzen gewohnt, es hat noch stark nach Katzen gerochen. Diese sind uns abends auch noch besuchen gekommen, da diese bei den Nachbarn zu wohnen scheinen."

"We stayed entire month of May. Had a fantastic time. Used as a base to travel thru much of Tuscany. Hosts' Christiano & Alessandra were great and very accommodating. The drive from Marliana was always an adventure!! Would highly recommend."

"This is a campground. We stayed in a mobile home. The mobile home was a bit grimy. They have a good restaurant, though. If you are coming in from the Via degli Dei, go around on the road. The gate on the Via degli Dei doesn’t let you in unless you call them and someone comes to open it. They do have a free shuttle to the train station. "

"A lovely new & modern hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the service from all staff was great. The pool area is spacious & comfortable and will be even better once the final bits of construction are finished and the pool bar is open. We dined in the restaurant each night and enjoyed the varied menu & excellent wine selection. Breakfast is also good with plenty of buffet & a la carte options. My family thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing time here and would recommend. "
