"We had a great stay at villa Lucia, we where met by the owner who showed us around, the property has an abundance of period features and is spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, it has a lovely pool and terrace with a mature well maintained garden. It made a great base for visits to Florence We drove about 20 mins to the centre of Prato and took a 30 minute train journey into the centre of Florence just €20 return for four of us. "We had a lovely couple of weeks at Jacopo’s house. The house has been beautifully restored and set in an olive grove and vineyards. The house is relatively remote but within easy 10mins drive to towns. A car is essential for a stay at this property. Jacopo was a great host and readily available if we needed him, and gave great tips and advice vice on places to visit. We would definitely recommend and stay again in the future. "

"This is a lovely spot in the hills, the pool a godsend in the scorching heat. The apartment was everything we expected, ideal for a family of four. Great restaurants nearby but sadly lacking a bar/pasticceria that is reaslitically walkable. There seems to have once been one but is now closed down. Ruth and her family were so welcoming and were very helpful and easy to deal with. They left us to it but were on hand if we needed anything"

"Rustic, clean, comfortable and very charming farmhouse with breathtaking views. We woke up to birds singing and the smell of honeysuckle. Ate breakfast in the beautiful private garden with hummingbirds and small lizards visiting. Hosts were accessible and very helpful. Everything is as pictured and worked well. 15 min from grocery store and 10 min from beach. Highly recommend!!!!!!"
