"Great location very easy, a quick walk to the beach, and has a nice cafe for breakfast, good food & reasonable price. Park has a supermarket the only downside was no internet or decent phone coverage and we were asked for £7 each to use the park bar it was not a great bar so declined, some nice bars other side of the park on the beach and village, also great pizza take away in village "

"We enjoyed the location, but unfortunately the rooms where smaller than other caravans I have had holidays in. It was difficult to move around in the bedrooms. Some fixtures where not fixed properly and some of the blinds where dirty when we rolled them down.The Kitchen / living room areas where clean and had everything you needed for your stay. "We booked this caravan for a 2 night stay for 7 people. Check in was very simple, with the key available in a key safe and we loved the view of the pond from the balcony. The twin bedrooms were very small and the beds very close together so really only suitable for children, which we didn't realise when booking for adult occupancy. "Property is listed as ‘luxury’, sadly this is not the case. i.e. no gate on decking so dog wasn’t allowed outside, baking trays and roasting tins old and caked in old fat, as was grill tray ,Hoover didn’t work, sweeping brush broken, the bath and hand towels were old and rough in an assortment of faded colors. £6.80!!! for a dozen eggs on sale in the on site store."
