Super friendly staff - the welcome was professional and so wonderful. The place is a castle and you feel transported to the Middle Ages. Real fast is excellent. Super comfortable. I will return !!! "Staff were friendly. Location good. Property was very tired and overdue a refresh. The bathroom had black mold round the shower and on the walls and ceiling and didn't smell nice. Tap leaked. Pull out bed was very old and rickety and awkward for a child to get off and on. Shame, as ibis budget are usually very good. "
