"The room has a clean and updated but retro vibe to it. It’s nice to stay in a place that’s not a chain hotel. It reminds me of places that we stayed in the 70’s (but with modern conveniences) when we traveled as a family. The owners are painting the exterior soon. I hope that they keep the retro feel for the exterior. "

There is no smoking in the rooms, so that was fine, but it felt like we were pulling into a low income neighborhood.
