"We were heading to the South of France and wanted a short break. The property is well structuredand equipped, and is central for Vichy. Our only grupe was access. We could not get in until past 1800 hours, which is tge latest I have ever experienced. The checkout is also late, 1400 hours, but that is not much use when travelling."

"Nous avons passé un moment fantastique à visiter la belle ville de Vichy. Le logement est décoré avec goût, sécurisé et parfaitement situé pour se promener dans la ville ou prendre le train. Il est parfaitement situé pour aller dans les restaurants, les magasins et la principale ville historique. Sylvie s'est surpassée pour s'assurer que nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin, et sa communication rapide a rendu toute l'expérience fantastique et je le recommande vivement à tout le monde."

"I had not properly read that there would be no towels. We have not experienced this before. We had arrived by air so carrying those is not practical. Thankfully we were close to friends who helped us or we could not have had a shower after our long journey as there were no shops near. I wish they would be provided for other travellers like ourselves. We were told it was because of Covid but bed linen was provided and we could not understand the difference! Everything else was perfect."
