PAYMENT TERMS:
1. Deposit:
• A 50% deposit is required 30 days prior to your stay to secure your booking.
2. Remaining Balance:
• The remaining 50% is due 14 days before check-in.
3. Non-Refundable Processing Fee:
• A 5% non-refundable processing fee applies to each transaction.
4. Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations adhere to our standard policy. Processing fees are non-refundable in all cases.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age or older to book. Please send us a message to see if we can make any exceptions!
• Security: Exterior security cameras monitor movement 24/7 for added peace of mind.
• Neighbourhood: Quiet area with easy access to shopping, dining, and recreation options within minutes.
• Parking: Free street parking available.
• Suite Access: The suite is located on the lower level and requires descending one set of stairs.
