PAYMENT TERMS:
1. Deposit:
• A 50% deposit is required 30 days prior to your stay to secure your booking.
2. Remaining Balance:
• The remaining 50% is due 14 days before check-in.
3. Non-Refundable Processing Fee:
• A 5% non-refundable processing fee applies to each transaction.
4. Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations follow our standard policy. Processing fees are non-refundable in all cases.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age or older to book. Message us if you’d like to discuss potential exceptions.
• Parking: One dedicated parking slot and free street parking available.
• Security: Exterior security cameras monitor and record movement 24/7 for added peace of mind.
• Separate Suite: There is a separate, independently rented basement suite. Guests of the main house do not share access with the basement suite.
• Crib Disclaimer: Guests using a pack ‘n play crib do so at their own risk. While we provide a clean environment, we cannot guarantee the crib’s safety. Guests are responsible for following crib instructions and ensuring safe use. By using the crib, guests accept associated risks.
