"My girlfriend and I were in town for a concert and dr. Appts. The place is beautiful and we felt safe. Casita had water and drinks stocked in the fridge. The bathroom had razors, mouthwash, etc if you migjt have forgotten yours. "My wife and I thought we knew what we had rented until we got there. We were BLOWN AWAY!!! We have four kids and our youngest(3 yr old) has autism. The grounds are safe and secure. We felt so blessed that our little man could run around freely. We can’t wait to rent again in the future. "

"We were in town for the ultra marathon. What a fantastic property. John and Jean were so welcoming and helpful. We had a loaf of bread prepared for us upon our arrival and there was fruit and water waiting there as well. They consistently went above and beyond as hosts. Property was spacious, clean and quiet. Great kitchen space for meal prep. Hosts were very responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay again. "

"My tiny house had everything I could need, comfy bed, great shower and a well appointed kitchen, lots of parking as well. I would recommend for a single person or even a couple. The neighborhood may appear in flux but it seemed very safe,"

"The area isn’t the best a lot of homeless people wandering day and night, however no one bothered us. I walked alone day and night with zero issue. For a non smoking complex there was a lot of marijuana smoking taking place in the complex. Beds were good building was quiet. Received the codes and everything thru email or the app. Building was clean.
