Easy walk to small supermarket and to the beach, and convenient transfers into Supetar if you wish to explore further. Worked as great option for two couples and young kids. "Sanja's house is extremely well adapted for a large group (14 in our case), with large spaces where for activities in common and also very well designed and spacious bedrooms. Everything as described, literally on the beach, 15 min by car to Supetar downtown or 40 min walk also very convenient. Sanja recommended a skipper for a tour of the island, it was a fantastic experience, and we enjoyed also our tour inland by car, so much to see in this island that's much less crowded than others. "This house was exactly as it was described in the listing. It’s very spacious and had enough room for three families with kids. The location was great- easy walk to the main town and harbour and some nearby pebble beaches. The owners were very responsive when we reached out to address a few things. It was a little too cool for (adult) swimming even with the pool heated. All in all it was a great location. Can’t wait to go back!"

"We had a lovely week in Villa Nika. We especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and grill, we only slept inside. With tips from the property manager we got a good view of Brac and saw many of the beautiful places on the island."

"Walking down the steps to the sea each day was incredible. Splitska is a very quiet but beautiful village. A supermarket and 3 restaurants. 2.5k to medium sized resort. Check in could be much better, think it was her first day. Families need to be aware that the property is two separate apartments. They are not connected internally."

"This is on Brac Island. 50 minute Ferry from Split. Walkable from the Ferry. Beautiful sunsets. Sits on a hill overlooking the water. Easy walk into Supetar. Nice pool. Very relaxing."
