"We were a group of 4 and Villa Alea was a great stay in Hvar - literally located right in the Old Town, the location wa a perfect. We could walk everywhere easily and we were just off the beaten path, so it was quiet at night. The flat was really nice with everything you would need, and Tea is an excellent host. Check in and check out was a breeze and she was super responsive whenever we had a question or needed anything. This place is a 10/10 and worth every penny!!!"

"The property was very large and private. Lots of space and the patio and pool were great. The best part was the host. He was very attentive and helped us find our way around the area. "When we booked this was rated as 4-star. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and nice friendly owners, but 4-star it isn't. We were also lead to believe that it was in walking distance of various restaurants but there was nothing - the nearby hotel had a beach bar/restaurant but that closed for the season during our stay (in September?). Views over a building site! The photos on the Villa's website include several that are actually of the mentioned hotel, not Villa Nico and it's own facilities."
