- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back).
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- Any last minute booking within 3 days will require guests to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measures to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- Beginning on the 9th of January, 2023, all confirmed reservations will be subject to an extra cleaning surcharge which will be equal to 30% of the cleaning price if you check out on a Sunday or 50% of the cleaning price if you check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
