"This property overall is excellent pool area and amenities are very nice. We have requested a unit on the second floor, but received one on the third floor. In addition the unit was to have a queen size bed and I’m quite sure it was really a double which made it a little uncomfortable for a couple. The unit also did not have a hairdryer and when I tried to report it, the communication was very poor and I never received a hairdryer."

"Cute lil chipotle apartment in a great area close to downtown and walking distance to cute shops and restaurants. The furniture is your standard mdf so it has a few chips in it. Also there’s like a rubber lining on the mattress and pillows that made them hot to sleep on. And the a/c shuts itself off every 4 hours. Not like when it reaches temp, but like OFF off. Still for the price point it’s great. "

"The point of contact was great for the most part until I asked to remedy the situation or a partial refund. We had to leave the night we got there (booked for 2 nights). Tack strips were exposed through the carpet, a bunch of mold in one bathroom, and a used bandaid on the bed which my baby got ahold of before I noticed it. "if you dont have a car, this property might not be for you. But if you dont mind taking longer uber/lyft trips then it'll be also ok. Also, if you can't walk up stairs or lift your luggage, be advised, there is no elevator. I stayed on the 3rd floor but i believe they have 1st floor and 2nd floor units too. so you will have to make a request. also, there is no walkable stores / restaurant to visit. hence rental car or uber is required. one night, i had to order ubereats and no issues.
