"It's hard to know where to begin and describing the terribleness of this property. Run down,beat up ,cracked windows, there was no sign of any goats either. The back porch was covered in garbage that some raccoon had gotten into. That and it's right next to the highway so it's really loud. And the water smelled like rotten eggs. Needless to say whatever you do don't stay at this place it's a dump. Needless to say whatever you do don't stay at this place it's a dump"

Couple items to be aware of, lake is quite weedy, and house is right next to busy road which makes opening windows at night an issue. Also, could use more utensils etc to accommodate 15 people. Host was very responsive."

"We stayed one night. The place was exactly as listed. Backyard was great, off street parking was nice. House was very clean and beds were comfy. The Neighborhood was quiet. The house is older and small the shower is quite small but lighting is good and there are lots of windows. It’s near most everything. Communications with Bethany was great. We had timely instructions and accessing the place was easy. "

"The street is rough shape, and it’s an older house with cheaper updates. Had a musty smell, needed a dehumidifier in basement. Beds were comfortable and the shower is nice. Was conveniently located close to MSU "
