"Overall great place for large gathering. Loved the beach walk into lake, hot tub and sunroom. Couple items to be aware of, lake is quite weedy, and house is right next to busy road which makes opening windows at night an issue. Also, could use more utensils etc to accommodate 15 people. Host was very responsive."

"overall fine place due to location & amount of space, but the home smells a little musty. upon entering found trash bag & rubber glove on floor, no soap in one bathroom, only 2 clean washcloths & one bedroom window was open all the way. also, house next door looks abandoned and under construction"

"We stayed two nights. The interior of the home is true to photos and descriptions with a spacious master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Black out curtains were great and it was very quiet for sleeping. The host (Brent) was very prompt in responding to our text for help with logging in to wifi. "

"It's hard to know where to begin and describing the terribleness of this property. Run down,beat up ,cracked windows, there was no sign of any goats either. The back porch was covered in garbage that some raccoon had gotten into. That and it's right next to the highway so it's really loud. And the water smelled like rotten eggs. "We actually came in after being displaced. The owner, Dean, was prompt in every reply or question we had, and had no issues at all with us bringing odder pets than cats and dogs. (A small parrot breed and a reptile terrarium.) Saved us from having to spend some serious money on a place to house them, and the emotional health of the bird that would've been a high cost to us too...The place is clean, functional, and exactly as listed on the site. It's so well cleaned that my rather sensitive...

"5 adults and an infant in town for a wedding. Property had everything we could possibly need. Even a small store and Cafe right down the street. Owners were friendly and responsive. Will definitely book again!"

"My boyfriend and I were in town to visit his daughter who is a student at the college. The property was just as advertised. We had great communication with the hostess. She was very accommodating and informative. We loved our experience and will definitely be staying there again when we are back in the area. "

"Cristal was flexible with the difficulties we all had with vrbo. She greeted us and explained everything. Her pets were freindly. The house was a bit dirty and dusty. Bed was a bit to soft for our prefrence ( no bed frame) .Our first time in a shared space and it was less awkward then expected. The hot tub was nice after a long day."
