"We had a very pleasant stay here. The view is beautiful and the furniture is comfortable. It was warm enough in October that we got to use the kayaks and that was enjoyable. We were able to see beavers, swans and other birds. The house has a good vibe and we had a nice time staying here. "

"It's hard to know where to begin and describing the terribleness of this property. Run down,beat up ,cracked windows, there was no sign of any goats either. The back porch was covered in garbage that some raccoon had gotten into. That and it's right next to the highway so it's really loud. And the water smelled like rotten eggs. "I needed a place near my son and daughter-in-law where I could retreat to after helping with the arrival of a new grand baby. This cute little cottage was the perfect spot. Only 4 miles down the road, neat and clean and plenty big enough for little ole me. I really only had two snafu's that I was able to work around. The week I arrived was a cold one with temperatures in the teens. That caused the door keypad to not work properly for me but after calling the manager he quickly came over and...

"We had a wedding near by and this was as a perfect place to stay and get away. Clean and great hospitality! Thank you ! "

"I don’t feel that they were prepared for summmer went June 19 and no pool. The spa was ready , the volleyball court wasn’t cleared . There was no was clothes or hand towels, no dish towels. One smoke detector and had to call for battery, which they came quickly. There’s lots of sleeping arrangements but not really room for much more. We still had a good time but wish they put a little more effort into the place."

"Overall great place for large gathering. Loved the beach walk into lake, hot tub and sunroom. Couple items to be aware of, lake is quite weedy, and house is right next to busy road which makes opening windows at night an issue. Also, could use more utensils etc to accommodate 15 people. Host was very responsive."
