"This house is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I booked for 13 people and only 2 of the 3 showers worked which they never disclosed to us. The house was a total pigsty. Dirty dishes in the sink. Old food in the fridge. Frozen food in the freezer and the freezer was disgusting with frozen spills that looked like they were there for years. Holes in the walls & doors, burn marks on the counters, dirty table cloth. Bathrooms were filthy. No shades on 90 % of the windows & no curtains at...

"Great property with great view, cute suite with everything we needed for a short stay while getting our daughter settled back in at Amherst College. Enjoyed a nice dinner nearby at Blue Rock Shelburne Falls, a little shopping and coffee at Mocha mayas and Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters. My husband did a little fly fishing just off the property in the Deerfield River. Thank you!"

"We have stayed at many lake houses, from the Finger Lakes to North Carolina, and this house was the nicest, best appointed, and best stocked. From coffee to children's toys to so many ways onto the water, the graciousness of our hostess made us feel welcome (including dropping off dog treats for our pup and offering a late checkout). The lake itself is serene with no motor boats allowed, and our crew aged 4 to 17 with two adults in tow all found our peace and pleasure on the water. We never come...

"Convenient location close to downtowns of both Easthampton and Northampton. Very cute house with expandable sleeping arrangements of very comfortable pull out sofa mattresses. Very nice backyard. Recommend!"

"We had a wonderful family stay. We were there for a local family wedding. There's plenty of room & kitchenware. The master bedroom shower is very small though for such a huge bathroom! We saw a black bear in your backyard - he was very comfortable walking around and suggest to have your garbage cans in a different kind of bin :) but he was fun to watch! Overall a very good place to stay."

"Spent 2 nights as a teacher with 7 students, and another chaperone to attend the Big E with FFA kids. Plenty of room, as kids don’t mind sharing, or sleeping on a pull out couch. Everything was very clean, and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. They even left some goodies for the kids! Would recommend!"

"Very nice place for a single or a couple. Very close to Crumpin Fox golf course and Inn. Only one minor issue, there's a set of windows facing the bed with no window treatments so you'll wake up from the sunlight unless you bring a mask for sleeping. I would definitely stay there again."
