"We had a great stay and the condo had everything you need to enjoy a fantastic ski holiday. The location can’t be beat - literally roll out of bed and onto the lifts. Easy walking distance or take the shuttle to groceries or Main Street. Howard was easy to work with and the condo well outfitted. The washer/dryer a huge plus as well as the boot/glove dryers! Highly recommended. "

"We were looking for a couple days at a new resort and found this place available. It was just as listed, close to the lifts, Hot tub and village. The place has a great friendly vibe unlike the big resorts. We wished we would have had a few more days to enjoy and ski this fabulous place. "

"This property has an incredible location, easy to access anywhere in Park City by foot! This was our second time to stay in this same unit and hope to continue to book it in the future. "Tim’s place was comfortable for our two families of 4, including two teenage boys and two teenage girls. The boys especially enjoyed having the loft room as one privacy. I wouldn’t count on that space for young children as it is a skinny spiral staircase to get there. Beds were comfortable and having a washer and dryer was a bonus. "A group of us came during Sundance. House was wonderful. Perfect location. Only complaint was the basement where the bedrooms are got very cold but they provided ample space heaters and then we were ok. Thanks for a great stay!! "
