"Came down for the Quarter Horse Congress was our second year staying here. Nice to be able to walk back and forth. A car window was busted out beside our vehicle one night and the next night there was security in the parking lot which was nice "

"Plenty of bad reviews for this joint. Here’s what I can say to everyone. For what I paid, it was fine. It was clean. It was convenient. It was cheaper than 99% of the places in the area. Was it perfect? No. Although, it was worth the money I paid. The management makes a serious effort to keep the place nice. You can tell. It ain’t the Ritz, but you’re not paying for the Ritz! You’re paying for a clean place to sleep for a night or two. That’s what I got. "

"Basic room which was expected. Overpriced due to event in town. Room seemed clean enough (vacuumed, surfaces clean, bathroom clean) but heater did not work and sheets were bloodstained and did not look washed. Definitely not recommended for extended stay. "

"Hotels.com gave me the best rate. This is a no fuss stay, with simple toiletries (bar of soap and a small container of shampoo), easy access to the highway, and close to downtown Worthington. The toilet was loud and whiny when flushed. The pamphlet in the room stated that breakfast was included, but it wasn’t. Coffee wasn’t even available, but there’s a Starbucks and local coffee shoppes nearby."

"The customer service was great. I had a emergency situation at my house had to relocate for a few days. Stress free check in and very helpful. Lots of restaurants in the area. Room was a little outdated but clean. House keeper was very nice also .Will stay again in the future."

The owners are refurbishing a motel evidently closed for many years; big parts of it are not open and are under construction. Has long term tenants who work construction in the area, it seems. "The property was clean and spacious. It served our purpose well and we loved being a block off the square as well as by the walking and bike trail. Having the washer and dryer was a plus since our son was visiting us on his day off from CYSC and needed to catch up on laundry. The stairs may be an obstacle for some, but we enjoyed the extra workout since we came and went quite a bit. Would definitley stay here again!"

"Stayed for a couple nights it was a great location, pizza place across the street and ice cream down the street. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. Stairs are definitely steep but just be mindful. The parking is also very tight we had rented an Acadia and I wouldn’t have tried with anything larger. Check in was easy and no issues. We had a nice stay would stay again."

"We are 7 ladies who have been friends for over 50 years. We went to Stebbins HS in Dayton. Perfect home for us to stay and reconnect since we are scattered now in 3 states. We all had a bed, which was important, and with the 3.5 baths it was easy to share and get ready. Great weather so we took advantage of the deck. We had 5 deer visit as well as an albino squirrel.
