"This property is ideally located near a medical facility where a family member had a medical procedure. It was clean and tidy. The orientation book was very helpful for the house and local restaurants. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive to our inquiries, and it was much appreciated. We loved this property!"

"Property was great. Our hot tub never did work. Our property manager did try to fix it but was never successful. The location was just where we needed it and the two king beds were just what we needed. Showers did drain slowly, and a few board games would have been great as well as the fireplace wasn’t the easiest to get working. But it met our needs for our stay. I appreciated how helpful the property manager tries to be, but the hot tub never working was disappointing."

"It is our annual family vacation and this year we chose to stay in Peoria Az near the baseball park. This home was laid out perfectly. Two families stayed upstairs…(4 adults and 7 kids) and we(the grandparents) enjoyed bedroom with bath on the main floor. Later in the week our adult son was able to join us and he had his own room. "My wife and I spent approximately 3 weeks at this property. The house was in fantastic shape and was the perfect size to meet our needs. The bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities are all great.The location of the property is spectacular on a beautiful street in a friendly neighbourhood. "My wife and I were looking for a property that would allow us to explore Surprise and the surrounding areas, and we couldn't have done any better than this one. It was close to the freeway (303 loop), but without exposing us to traffic noise. And we could explore interesting residential neighborhoods, and even walk to a handy shopping area about a mile away. We would highly recommend this property to anyone -- even families with small kids."
