"We used this property as a layover hotel. It was ok for the price. Rooms had heat but no A/C so had to keep curtains closed to help room cool down. We inquired and they provided a fan. it was convenient to ICN airport and the Uber too/from airport was $8 USD. Not much in walking distance from the property. They have a restaurant with limited selection but the restaurant staff were very friendly. Would probably use it again in a similar situation. "

Also the resin I gave it 4 stars instead of 3 stars is that the price is not bad, and I believe most hotels in the area are similar. The onsen is good but also other hotels have them as well. There really is no staff at this property, sort of an aparthotel kind of deal, you can check in and out automatically, and get a door code to open your door. So inwas not sure hownto rate the staff.
