"I love this hotel. Receptionist are nice . Airport shuttle is convenient. Room is nice. Only one thing to be improved! Restaurant is a bit pricy. The quality of food does not match its price. And since it is close to beach, i wish there are more local seafood optoons."

"I only got to stay overnight but the accommodations were perfect, the location was short distance from the airport with their airport shuttle it was very convenient, the food was great they had a buffet dinner which was worth your money, and the room was clean although I found the bathroom a little tight."

"Stylish hotel, it shows a bit of wear and tear but still very nice and classy. Unfortunately the sauna and bathhouse were closed - which is for us the most important feature in each hotel we go to. Pool is open only at certain times. "

"The property was quite old and run down but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the resin I gave it 4 stars instead of 3 stars is that the price is not bad, and I believe most hotels in the area are similar. The onsen is good but also other hotels have them as well. I guess this is one of the most famous ones. "

"The property was beautiful and rooms were so clean but the highlight of our stay was the incredible service of the staff.
