Highly recommend recconend rented the golf cart.Very nicely decorated with everything you would expect. The host was friendly and responsive to the very few questions that we had. "My husband and I stay in the Villages every year when we come down to open up his mother's place for the winter. It is conveniently located to the expressway and has easy access to Home Depot and groceries for getting her set up. Staying here is much nicer than staying in a hotel for a week. This also gives us the convenience of having her stay with us if we need to do any major repairs on her place. All that said, this place was perfect for us. The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep. ...

"The property has everything one could want in a vacation home with the amazing lake views from most rooms. We used the screened in porch many times to visit and eat. I caught fish from the dock and had fun trying out a kayak for the first time. The location is also great with a short drive to Inverness and many good restaurants. Crystal River is also nearby where we went and swam with the manatees which was a great adventure using Explorida for the tour guide."

"Absolutely the cleanest VRBO (or any rental) property I’ve ever stayed in! I think it was definitely geared towards more long term renters (we stayed 5 days as it didn’t have any complementary items other properties typically do (shampoo, conditioner, spices, hangers for the closets etc). I would take the cleanliness of the house and great communication from the owners over those items any day though. Highly recommend this property!! "

"This was a great place for my husband and I to stay while visiting family in The Villages over a long weekend. We had use of a golf cart, were close to Spanish Springs town square. The property was as advertised and expected, all the basics provided and very clean. Good value for the nightly price.The property manager checked in while we were there and was quick to respond to questions."
