Patti and Dave always kept in touch with us to make sure that we had everything we needed. Located in quiet subdivision convenient to Silver Springs, 3 Sisters Springs, Rainbow Springs and Weeki Wachee Springs. Mertailer’s Aquarium is a must-see for excellent fish exhibits and mermaid show. Outside seating area and fire pit were neat and clean. Michele was quick to respond to questions, check-in was easy. "We walked in an everything was dirty and never cleaned. A cleaning service came in a sprayed the place and left!!! No heat, coffee maker broken. Owner said he was going to refund us 250.00 for cleaning, NEVER DID. But they had the nerve to leave cleaning products at the door for ME to clean. Local representative was NOT real! She has another job and never did anything! She said, well I am at work and will call you later! Well nothing happened!!! NEVER STAY HERE!!!"

"The cottage was just right for our group. It was clean and inviting. We were able to use the small kitchen with ease and there were plenty of comfortable places to sit back and relax. It was wonderful having a washer and dryer to use. The back porch was private and pleasant. When we had some minor issues the owner responded immediately. I would highly recommend this rental!"

"We got to the cottage too late on the first night and were unable to find it in the dark. Stayed with relatives. Found it fine in the daylight the next day. Nice having the landlord very close by. The cottage internet was spotty but life doesn't revolve around the computer. All good, enjoyed our stay. Thank you Dana!"

"We were celebrating my daughter's birthday. She wanted to go to downtown Mt. Dora and see the Christmas lights. It was perfect. Many restaurants to chose from. The home is exactly as described. Great location to downtown Mt. Dora. We live just 45 minutes away so it made it a nice weekend getaway."
