"I went to the Veterans Hospital in Martinsburg West Virginia for one week on business. I stayed in the renovated schoolhouse for four nights. Clean, nostalgic, historic, spacious and convenient are a few of the adjectives I’d use to describe this quaint little haven. Although I was there alone, I see this as a real learning opportunity for families. I contacted the manager only once and he responded immediately! It was a lovely experience."

"We live in Baltimore City and were looking for a quiet place to get away for a few days, and we were very happy we were able to bring our dog. The basement apartment was spacious and newly renovated with a beautiful, well stocked kitchen. The hosts, Paul and Meg, live upstaris with their 2 dogs and were very friendly and accomodating. They always responded right away to any questions we had. The property is beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed sitting out in the front yard watching the horses...
